Ap\u00f3s um ano em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o, CNJ julga PCA do Sindicato dos Oficiais de Justi\u00e7a do Par\u00e1 – SINDOJUS\/PA e decide que o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Par\u00e1 dever\u00e1 cumprir a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n.\u00ba 153 e ressarcir integralmente os oficiais de justi\u00e7a paraenses na forma estabelecida.<\/p>\n

Em reuni\u00e3o com a Presidente do TJPA, no exato dia da \u00faltima decis\u00e3o que determina o ressarcimento, os Diretores do SINDOJUS-PA, sentaram-se com toda a Gest\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Paraense para discutir a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 153 do CNJ.<\/p>\n

A partir desta data (02\/07), o SINDOJUS-PA, em parceria com a Secretaria de Inform\u00e1tica do Tribunal, deu in\u00edcio ao cadastramento dos Oficiais para credenci\u00e1-los junto ao Certificado Digital gerido pela Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, para ent\u00e3o serem devidamente ressarcidos.\u00a0<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 uma semana o Sindicato paraense tamb\u00e9m garantiu a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o integral da s\u00famula 190 do STJ, que ser\u00e1 implementada nos pr\u00f3ximos dias.<\/p>\n

A Vice-Presidente do SINDOJUS-PA, Asmaa Abduallah, diz que \u201cjuntos, os Diretores do SINDOJUS-PA, formam um time e com estrat\u00e9gia, todas as bolas que chutam, v\u00e3o direto ao gol\u201d.<\/p>\n
